We believe that the staff in Lord of Life's Adult Day Health Center is our greatest asset. Our Activities Director and her staff, the personal care assistants, our nurses, drivers and office staff are here for one purpose - to help your loved one thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Most of our Adult Center staff have worked here for over 10 years. Ask them why they do this work and they will tell you it's simple - they love the people. Every day brings new and unexpected challenges and joys as we greet new participants and help them feel at home, even as we say good bye to others. It truly is a bittersweet work that we do together.
All staff are required to pass background checks and to maintain current certification in First Aid, CPR and other regulatory training requirements. In addition, the staff receives regular updates on best nutrition and personal care practices. If you have any questions about the qualifications of our staff, do not hesitate to ask. Perhaps the best way we can describe our staff is to say that any of us at Lord of Life would be confident placing our own loved one in their care!
